[Access 2003] List box filling via code
Hiya,
I have used MSDNs function for filling a listbox. Tweaked a bit to land in a class module.
Now the question... On a form that utilises this method I see that the mouse point goes mental (I put it to hourglass whilst doing things). I have seen this before but ignored it as it seemed to be something Access does on refreshing controls without asking.
However, today I am interested. How come moving the mouse over the drop down causes it to get all the values and formats?
Is it trying to pre-load ?
(if so > why preload as the mouse moves over the control - and not preload once as the mouse enters the control)
Is there a way to stop this ? (unlikely but I thought I would ask)
Thanks in advance

If I post a lot, it is because I am bored at work! ;D Or stuck...
