need a little hand here

ok... well basically im in need of a hand on how i can make a proxy server...

heres what i want to do..

if on another machine on my network goes to download say... www.example.com/tester.img

i would like the proxy server to replace the tester.img with a specified file that is on my pc... is this possible

because... its for my ps3.. im trying to find out if this will work

if i load a link on my ps3.. i want to see if it will download a file that i have on my pc onto my ps3
