Draw picture on top
Hi
I am looking for a method to draw a picture on top of ALL programs
I think this is possible, so how ?

Make your form on top.
Draw the picture on your form.
The most difficult part of developing a program is understanding the problem.
The second most difficult part is deciding how you're going to solve the problem.
Actually writing the program (translating your solution into some computer language) is the easiest part.
Please indent your code and use [HIGHLIGHT="VB"] [/HIGHLIGHT] tags around it to make it easier to read.

Int there another method too ?
I saw someone, and he drawed 16pixels on the middle of my screen, and his form was definetly under my (fullscreen) program

What were the pixels drawn ON? Some other form? The desktop?

By obtaining the DC to the desktop, you can draw directly over everything. Quite annoying in my opinion. The rendering won't stay though, as each window is eventually repainted, there goes your drawing. Using Win2K and above, one can create a translucent window and display that. Since it is not simply drawing over the desktop, the window will remain -- again annoying unless one can remove it at will or it removes itself rather quickly.
