    $ Sign Error

    Hi im reading over one of my buddies peices of code and i keep getting errors wherever there is a dollar sign. For example:
    Code:
    iniRead = Left$(iniString, iniLength)
    gives me the error "Can't find project or library" and highlights Left$

    Oh geez, another one. I think this is the 4th or 5th occurance of this type of thing in the last two days.

    Check your references. Make sure you have Visual Basic For Applications checked.

    It's checked, but there are a few is there a certain dll I need to have in there?

    No, but there are multiple $ signs in the code so it just happend at a different part.

    Can you show us what you do have selected in your References (as in the picture Hack posted)?

    I'm expecting to see "MISSING: .." somewhere in there.
