Trying to create a mp3 scratch program

Need help to create an emulation of a vinyl scratch program.
I'm using Visual C# 2005 and DirectX

I have an idea on what to do but not sure.
how to create a buffer and flip it back and forth
and change the speed according to the mouse.

Please help......

yes I tried his program and its not working correctly. The sound is choppy when trying to scratch. I wounder what is wrong with it?

maybe you can give some insight on the program and what can make it better.
