Simple control on a 3D shape

Hello There,

Is it possible to make a full screen application using VB6 and DirectX to display a cube and on one side of that cube is a simple control such as a Text Box or a Command Button.

I have good knowledge of VB6 but i dont know anything about incorporating DirextX into VB6.
