[RESOLVED] Licence Information For This Component Not Found
I'm trying to use Microsoft's Common Dialog Control 6.0 (SP3), but everytime I try to put it on my form or use another project that's using it, I get the same error message:
Licence Information For This Component Not Found. You Do Not Have The Appropriate Licence To Use This Functionality In A Design Environment.
And yes, I even dragged the file Comdlg32.ocx in the regsvr32.exe to try registering it. Any ideas on how I can get this thing registered so I can use it?

Re: Licence Information For This Component Not Found
It's a bug that occasionally pops up.. search the msdn web site for it (no link I'm afraid!), as there is a simple fix, and also a patch in case the fix doesnt work for you.

Welcome to VBForums
What limitation?
Why can't you apply it on XP?
Have you installed SP6 for VB?

Thanks.
The file was not compatable with XP.
Well I have installed Office 2007 now. The Licence error message is gone.
I have Automation error now. Macro code is correct though.
