I am sorry to post this here, but I need help to find a good software.
I need a simple and flexible software, free if possible, to register and follow requests from my clients.
Somethinh where I can enter all my customers requests for help and suport, assign the request to one of my operators, and where they can enter data, etc...
Something very simple and quick to use.
