    arlnk://F5fPxdTq8eJeuqSVejGmq6bgRWKLBybrszKAHkxRlw8e3J++OxoFsmFrv0D3IEW274oK
    Thats called a hashlink in Ares p2p software. it connects to a chatroom.. i knw wat is hidden within it..
    The string i posted is encrypted and contains an Ip address 202.177.157.203 and a Port 1080 and the word 'Welcome'

    Tt connects u to a room, to dat IP/port with the room topic as Welcome

    the > "arlnk://F5fPxdTq8eJeuqSVejGmq" << is common to all hashlinks and need not be decrypted
    this is wat has to be decrypted

    "6bgRWKLBybrszKAHkxRlw8e3J++OxoFsmFrv0D3IEW274oK "

    Yes you are allowed to make external chatting clients for ares... there is already a legal bot that can be used for chatting on their chat servers.

    Those two + signs look suspicious... probably the divisors?
    All other characters are alpha-numeric... that gives you 10+26+26 possibilities, which is 62. Hum, I'll think about it for you

    Hum.... why not?
    There are at least 62 possible characters... it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to assume 64 possibilities...
    Well, it would not be traditional base 64 then
