PC Wont Recognise iPod Mini, Help =(
Ive bought an iPod mini off my friend, and it used to work fine with his computer, but i cant get my pc to recognise it?, there isnt anything wrong with the cable because it charges up when plugged into my usb, Ive tried it in my laptop too and it doesnt recognise it on there either, it doesnt show up in windows explorer or iTunes, anyone any ideas? ive tried apples website but everything they suggested didnt work and i cant get in touch with them

Go to Itune.com or whatever and download some software which will let you reset the device to its original state. You may need a serial number or something tho to reactivate it.

Ive got it working now, I took it to another friends house because he said his iPod works on his computer so I tried it on his and it worked and then when I put it on my pc it worked ok, dunno how that solved it but atleast its working now
