Copy Code and Formatting

Hi there....

Im doing a school project and i was wondering if there was anyway of copying the code form Visual Basic into Word with all of the formatting, e.g. coulours and font and stuff. Cos when i copy it it just all comes out as normal un formatted text...

No, I do not think you can

You could probably write a Macro in Word that could do it though

There're a few of those on the web though. Like the one on http://artsoft.agava.ru/vbcodeformat.htm. I haven't tried it personally, but from the sound of it, it works well.

Oh i found a way of doing it.... Bit awkward but hayho...

If you create a new thread here... then use the VBcode function to add your code, then preview your post and copy it,,, it works fine, thought i would let you no if anyone else wanted to do it... theres still probably an easyier way

Attached is an app I did many years back so I could post formatted code on another site. Viewing the source code generated by the link that Emiliano posted, I would say we are using the technique to do the same thing.
