Unfortunately....I have work that will probably take me the rest of the day to finish so I will have to say goodnight and good weekend to you all.

Have a safe and wooly St. Patrick's Day and I'll speak to all of you as soon as I can!

    Bye!!!

Cheap for a trinitron. I built my fiances PC with a similar monitor, Win 2000, and the refresh rate of the monitor is crap for some reason. Voodoo 5500 graphics card...

Optical mouse falls over regularly too

No. And I know there are a number of things I should do to pinpoint the problem. Just haven't got round to it.

I always reckoned the Mouse problem was a Win 2000 issue (as it doesn't play half my games properly either...)

Maybe it's because the moniter is crap?

Mmm, maybe. Its a Sony 21" Trinitron though - I usually trust Sony stuff.

I just got to swap bits over with my own PC (which works fine)

I'm quiet envious of you getting your hands on all that lovely new kit though

Hmm... that's wierd, maybe you should give Sony a ring and start yelling at them... and continue for hours.... don't forget to record the conversation so we can all have a good laugh at it later

Not a genius...just very perceptive. When I was about 8, I was naughty during a lesson I was sent to sit in the corner, and read a book while the teacher taught the class something. I wasn't even listening, but when the time came to do work on it, I was the only one who'd heard what she said! She was not happy

I remember my music teacher finding me in a small cupboard in the back of her class during one lesson. She dragged me out by the ear, turned round, and everyone had spat spitballs onthe blackboard.

I would NEVER be a teacher...

    Today's annoyance...dissolve salt in water...salt bought from supermarket...has anti-caking agent (magnesium chloride) in...water goes cloudy...can't see a thing

Bye Katie! Anyway...we can stop the addiction by getting John to ban you...unfortunately then we'd all be bored...it would de-stress the server if you got rid of us 20 top posters
