    *RESOLVED* ASP Email through IIS

How do I send email from an ASP page through IIS (no 3rdparty components)?

When your answer is the Arc Sin of 1.015, you should check your Pythagorean triple.

Search for CDONTS in this forum. There should be plenty of example.

Or CDOSYS if you're using a Windows 2003 Server.

Ah, very good to know! (I'll be moving it from my dev server (XP Pro) to a Win2003 server on completion). Is that the only change or does it change the functions too?

There are some minor syntax changes you need to be aware of. And you can be a bit more specific with how you send your ASP email, either sending it directly via your SMTP port or having it set up to be retrieved at certain time intervals. From what I have seen anyway.

I prefer to send it directly to the SMTP port of which appears to work very well.
