I need help in design a transparent form Pls help

I need some help in designing a transparent form. This form will be having a few command buttons and a few text boxes and when I run the application only the command buttons and text boxes should be visible whereas, the form should be made transparent.

Please tell how I can accomplish this.

If you have windows NT or XP, you can use alpha-blending - demonstrated by the program attached. Otherwise, there's probably some api that'll do it.

BTW, you'll still be able to click on the form, just not see it.
