    Kodak Image Controls? (re-distribution)

I'm considering writing an application that use the Kodak Image controls available in VB 6. Are there any licensing issues involved when you attempt to sale this kind of application?

Kodak image controls come with VB6, there is no licensing information mention when we use those controls.

i dont know if anyone has encountered any such fine print.

but i have used in an application after consulting some of the guys who are in touch with MS guys around.

guess u can also go ahead.

If there is nothing that says you can't distribute them, then you can distribute them, no worries. If you are really concerned, you could email microsoft and/or Kodak and ask them explicitly if you can. Don't forget to keep a printed copy of your email and their reply though!
We don't know what's wrong. . . So the best bet might be to remove something surgically.

So far I like the responses but I think I will wait just a little longer and see if anyone else has anything else to add.

(Thanks Blinky Bill and nihar for your comments!)
