Is it on your box?
how many people have the Sun JVM (ver 1.2+) installed on their computers who are NOT java developers/programmers/h4XorZ/etc...
how about at school? home? work? laptop?
i'm trying to find out how prevalent it is out there...
also what OS r u running it on?

I do...well, I have the Java 1.4 plugin installed.
My dad has the full J2EE lot installed on his PC across the room - I'm more a C++ than Java guy, though.
Platform Independence? Pah Write your C++ well, and it just compiles straight off on any other system

I got em. I installed JDK 2 a while back, and never got round to using it.
I'm using Win2k Pro (off the back of a lorry )
