    dilettante, I think you are saying that VB6 uses the default browser setting. In my case that would be Google Chrome. Then how would I find the program(s) that using IE11?

    I have found how to put two characters in the same place. I just use code as

    The label box is not Unicode aware. Olga55, when you say on top. I presume you mean over, NOT higher up on the form. ZOrder does not seem to work here.

    When using TLS 1.3 (experimental), the programs work correctly. I tested the programs by turning that off. Both programs stopped working correctly. I will leave it on.

    I got the top left pixel value. I put that into the MaskColor and it works. I need to clean it up a for around the edges of the image.

    The first pixel is the correct color FFFFFF. The image (.bmp) through the execution of the program program appears clean. However, the background is NOT transparent. It is white (FFFFFF).
