    Not sure how under reporting case numbers results in higher projections. If your calculating a 20% growth on 1,000 cases it's 200 but if the actual cases numbers are 10,000 then it's 2,000. Maybe...

    100 database tables and no Primary Key? That's strange, how do you find the record your looking for? Almost always a table should have a unique identified for each record in the table.
