Re: Run time error 76 - path not found

Win 8 UAC is graduated. Mine is at minimum, but turning it to maximum did n't affect things - only the warnings every time.
Could the problem be due to corrupt registry ?

I asked but I suspect some security setting needs to be relaxed.
Is there a UAC in win8 ? We tried "run as administator" though.

Re: Run time error 76 - path not found

Is perhaps some "take ownership" action needed ?
Could it be that some very recent windows update is now "policing" the root like program files ?

    Strange vb6 compatibility issue

I have an old application, from 2008 - no source code.
It will be replaced by somIthing new soon, before 2020 I hope.
It kind of works in compatibility mode but there is the following strange issue...

Is there a way to print faster ?

I use a vb6 program to create documents and send them to a line printer.

    for i% = 1 to 50
    create doc
    print doc
    next i%

    Suppose I do this...
