    I redid the program per your suggestion of using Classes and I am now back to the "Null Ref Error again. The Structure version works perfectly.

    I'm now using the DataGridView control. Works OK. I'm not really tied to a database per se but that's OK. I can populate the grid at will and display it as needed.
