Re: CommonControls (Replacement of the MS common controls)

Can't we just copy/paste the whole control that holds the images?

    EDIT:
I load the images from a res file at runtime anyway.
It is more convenient than to handle the images in the imagelist...

    Re: Label overlaps textbox?

    That would be too easy.
I tried that, also sending the textbox to front.
    Makes no difference.

    I said I can't compile myself.
This was true but no longer is.
Regardless what I do, I get the...

    [RESOLVED] Label overlaps textbox?

    Hi all,

    I'm quite used to VB6.
In the last days I had to work with VS2017 in order to make a translation of an existing project.
No problem so far, the IDE is very comfy.

I the UI I have to...
  6. Re: VBFlexGrid Control (Replacement of the MSFlexGrid control)

    I have found something.

In the Demo project set AllowBigSelection = False, and set AllowSelection = False in the IDE.
    Start the project.
Scroll down the grid by mouse wheel.

    Place the mouse...

    Re: Icon size for 'Start'

    Sure.
And I get the icon OK.
On other tiles it is the same as with my icon.
    Ok so far, Windows decides.

But there seems to be a possibility to use an icon on the tile that fills the whole tile....

    VERY interesting.
I tried the vbZip project, and it works flawless.

My app's form icon has several sizes, the largest one is 256^2.

    I had to give up.
All what I tried didn't do it.
I understood it can work up to WindowsXP only.

Perhaps it is better anyway to not work against the OS.

So I see this as solved.

    [RESOLVED] XML XPath question
