    this is an old thread marked resolved, you should have started a new thread

    the template argument should be the full path to file, with file extension

    SendMessage rtb.hWnd, WM_PASTE, 0, 0
    where xl is a workbook object (or use copy on any range object)

    test for some element to be loaded within the page

    select one that will be amongst the last to load, assign it to an object variable, loop while the variable is nothing
    allow some sort of time...

    maybe that is why i got no error

    i would suggest going back to KPMG or whoever is the distributor of chart magic and asking for an updated version to work with later versions of excel
