  1. Re: Anyone have feedback on Sand Castle Documenter

I have it in the build server (Jenkins) as a step so the documentation is generated afresh every night. Use the command line to so do.
  2. Re: Visual Studio Online - anyone use it? Thoughts?

For totally on-line experience you can use PEX for fun site...or you could cloud host a VM and install Visual Studio on it?
  3. Re: Visual Studio Online - anyone use it? Thoughts?

I use it - the visual studio install is local, but the project management and build and test is all "in the cloud".

(PM me your windows live id and I'll add you if you want to have a play around?)
  4. Re: Unity - map a class to what it handles by interface?

I was massively overthinking/overengineering this. Instead of all that effort, I simply add the handler class to the container using the name of the cdefinition class it handles...

WCF - endpoint specification - for Azure

So - I have my web service set up that is going to listen on the query side of my CQRS architecture. The idea is that the call uses REST and the parameter passed in (in the URI) can be turned into...

Yes - use interfaces and plug-in the additional functionality.

If single server, I'd look at performance counters as they are very low impact on your running code.
