    I forgot to mention one thing here. For Columns H (Fee Details) and I (Year) we don't need the links, but just need to be updated without links like your previous macro.

    We will not be adding or subtracting rows and just update the existing rows. So in this case if we have links, then data will be updated automatically as and when we do the changes.
