    According to documentation I've seen, the VB6 Label can do this using these settings:

    AutoSize = True
    WordWrap = False

    LabelW does not behave the same way however.

    Thanks Eduardo! The conversion from pixels to twips was what I needed. The API method has resolved the problem I was having.
