  2. Re: No music playing after publish application

One option that you have is that you can store the MP3 in My.Resources. Then in your Form's Load event you can check if sPath & "\Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers - Saving Grace.mp3" exists, if it...

Re: What if there was a NEW vb6

What problem do I have dil? I'd like to better myself.

Just casual conversation I'm sure. I have seen you post some VB.Net questions, so I'm assuming you're probably using VB.Net.

Re: What if there was a NEW vb6

You must be misinterpreting some post because I don't get that vibe, but then again it's acceptable that you'd misinterpret it because it's estimated that %55 of communication is through body...
  5. Re: No music playing after publish application

I've never used a Windows Media Player inside my VB.Net app before, but what I'm assuming is happening is that your program is not finding the path that you're setting the URL to. A way around that...
  6. VS 2008 Re: Creating long forms with vertical scrollbar

That got me thinking... I think that I'd be more inclined to use Niya's Wizard Control in this scenario. But I do really like your suggestion number two too.

  8. VS 2008 Re: Creating long forms with vertical scrollbar

While I have not tested it, I think that you could:

    Create a new panel
Store your save, new record, and cancel buttons in that panel
Dock the panel to the bottom of the form
    Create a new...

Personally the way that I would do it is by adding all the TextBoxes that you're wanting to assign the text to into a List(Of TextBox). Then rather then iterating through a control's Controls...

    [VB.NET] Re: Speaking graphically.

Seems reasonable enough to me. You could shorten the code down using the If() short circuit:

That's good in most cases for a chef, so long as the meal isn't to filling. It causes a bit of a curiosity that gets a customer back into the door to try and determine what it was that they tasted.

    [VB.NET] Re: Speaking graphically.

That is why if I'm wanting it to round to a certain point, then I use Math.Floor or Math.Ceiling. Both methods take a double as it's parameter and the / division sign returns a double.
  29. Re: ArgumentOutOfRangeException was unhandled

This is odd because you loop from the item count -1 to 0 so to take into account for the 0 based index. The only thing that I can think of is if 924 is a blank item or it gets removed somehow before...

You're welcome, but I wanted to mention before you run off that your code will more than likely generate an error. The reason is because you never declare a new instance of firstThread.
