  1. VS 2005 Re: regular expressions are working separately but not together

    God bless you!
  2. VS 2005 [RESOLVED] regular expressions are working separately but not together

I am validating user input that can be 7 digits and must be greater than 0. It may or may not be comma separated at the thousands.

If my input is 10,00 it fails this regex ^[1-9][0-9]{0,7}$ and...

Re: RegEx to limit number not digits

OK, I will try that. The only difference is I'll have to put the concat'd pattern in a database table as one long string. I am doing this all by changing tables and won't be touching any code. ...

[RESOLVED] RegEx to limit number not digits

I want to write a regular expression that doesn't let the user enter a number greater than 120. So it's not so much the digits, which is all I can find help with, but the final number. Their input...

Can IBM Data Studio do a syntax check?

I am trying to insert a value into a date column in an informix database and I don't know the correct format to use so I am trying to get it right using brute force. This is taking a long time...
  7. Re: How to supply a value to a variable in Word

  8. Re: How to supply a value to a variable in Word

  9. [RESOLVED] How to supply a value to a variable in Word

I'm sure I'm in the wrong forum because there probably is no forum for this stupid question I have.

I'm working on a design document and I have a template for it in word. It has things like...

I thought that if you wanted sorting you had to add it, not that if you don't want sorting you have to take it away. You're sure it sorts by default?

VS 2012 Re: Save results from textbox to sdf table

You can't run the same INSERT more than once because of primary keys. That is a concept you are familiar with? If not, review this link.

You need to either go into Access and delete the records...

Is mixa_id a primary key and you are trying to add a row with a duplicate value?

Try this, just this once, and if it works we will fix it:

Make this one change: If cmd.ExecuteNonQuery() <> 1 Then

ExecuteNonQuery returns the number of rows affected, so if you do one insert it shouldl return 1.
