  5. VS 2012 Re: How to handle multi user and client refresh

We are talking about a 0-1 in a new data so, I don't know. How often can we hit a service with that request?

  7. VS 2012 Re: How to handle multi user and client refresh

There is an MVC thingy I cannot recall right now that is like a messenger but we don't want to use that I guess(?).

But how about a timer refresh on a web service to check...
  8. VS 2012 Re: Treeview cause Page_Load twice...why??

you do not remove runat="server" . Why are you removing and adding it?
As I've said, handle not page.ispostback , that way you can ignore the reloads even if the page load 1000000 times.

    Re: hosting website

Do NOT upload using visual studio. That simple. Visual studio upload web site is the devil.
Use ftp to copy your files over.
Haven't got the slightest idea on what you are trying with a console?...
  11. VS 2012 Re: Treeview cause Page_Load twice...why??

    What CSS?
Look just start over. Create a blank web page, import the treeview inside the initial <div>, do NOT remove head see if it works.
Then drag drop the css file that you want. See that it...
  12. VS 2012 Re: Treeview cause Page_Load twice...why??

    Ok.

Do not have AjaxControlToolkit available right now but try removing Target="_self"

    Re: hosting website

I'm not sure what is the issue.
    You cannot upload through ftp?

  17. Re: Client side state management for multipal page

    No It does not.

Re: Saving files for asp.net web application

The simplest approach is to create a user table and another table for file location per user.
I would never save a file on the database, it takes ages to download vs a folder files and is not a good...

    Re: [RESOLVED] need to sum

    Sorry.

    1 row:
    Transaction , tickets

    '1111', 3 .

So group by Transaction , tickets bring 2 rows?

    Re: VB over web

    To sum this up.
PHP > asp.net server side (cuz php is better than asp.net)
    JS = JS.

So php is server side and asp.net is server side but php is apple and asp.net is orange. Both fruits but...

    Re: [RESOLVED] need to sum

So a Count would give you 4, 2 and 1 because that's how many rows are in the three groups
    So a count will give 4+2+1 ? Or 3?
