    As ident said Program Files is for your Program's exe and any DLL files, etc.
    Any documents your app writes should be written in a folder in your Documents folder which is intended for that purpose...

    delete is pseudocode, but everything else is vb.
    change path to "c:\somefolder\etc"

    In your tmp folder, there is a hidden system file that windows uses called Thumbs.db, which that line excludes when it gets the filenames
