  1. VS 2012 Re: Help with including text in Cocatenate only if checkbox checked

One option that you have is you could create a custom control that is basically a checked textbox. Take a look at this example:

    Option Strict On
    Option Explicit On
    Public Class CheckedTextBox

VS 2008 Re: Allow only valid characters?

The best solution is to use a numeric up down control, not a text box.
  6. Re: The Basic Principals of Creating an Expression Evaluator

    Conclusion
Now you should have a good understanding of how an expression evaluator works. It splits up a sequence of characters into tokens. Then it parses the tokens and reorders them into a...

    Evaluator
The final step of the expression evaluator is to evaluate the RPN expression, and arguably the easier step. Just as we used a stack to convert the infix notation to reverse polish...

    Syntax Analyzer
The syntax analyzer, also known as a parser, checks to make sure that the tokens received are grammatically correct according to the syntax of the language. Many parsers will build...

VS 2008 Re: Allow only valid characters?

There is a much better way to do it. Rather than using a text box control, use a numeric up down control. It is found under the same category as the text box is in the tool box.

VS 2008 Re: Basic Problem - VB

The reason why it's returning a 0 is because TryParse returns a Boolean value, not a numeric data type value and 0 implicitly converts to a False value. What you should do is turn Option Strict on.
