VS 2013 Re: help with tag line html

So in other words... just because you have created a new webbrowser control, that doesn't mean that it automatically knows where to go. You have to supply it with a URL for it to know what webpage...

VS 2013 Re: help with tag line html

I'm not familiar with the Webbrowser control, but my guess would be to change:

    If element.GetAttribute("className") = "value" Then
    To

    If element.GetAttribute("class") = "value" Then

VS 2012 Re: xml reading data help

Instead of using regex, maybe it would help if you used xpath syntax - since it's specifically designed to parse xml nodes

  6. VS 2013 Re: Getting ListView Images to a PictureBox

OK. So it looks like the images are not subitems, but rather are part of one or the other of those imagelist - either SmallImageList or LargeImageList - not sure which one the Listview is...
  7. VS 2013 Re: Getting ListView Images to a PictureBox

It would if you had two images associated with each ListviewItem, but I'm guessing that's not the case. I haven't seen the code that's being used to populate the Listview, but my guess is that each...
  8. VS 2013 Re: Getting ListView Images to a PictureBox

Arrays are zero based, so SubItems(1) would actually be accessing the 2nd subitem in the ListviewItem.
  9. VS 2013 Re: Getting ListView Images to a PictureBox

It seems to me that you may not need ImageList at all. You already have the ListViewItem that the user selected - simply get the image that you need from the ListviewItem.
  10. VS 2013 Re: Getting ListView Images to a PictureBox

    Is ListView1 populated using ImageList1.Images?
  11. VS 2013 Re: Getting ListView Images to a PictureBox

Not meaning to be smart or anything, but are you sure there are 11 items in that array? If you put a breakpoint on the above mentioned line and run to that point and check ImageList1.Images, does it...
  12. VS 2013 Re: Getting ListView Images to a PictureBox

What that error is telling you is that you're trying to access an element in an array that doesn't exist. I can't say for sure where it's happening, but I'm guessing it's occurring at this line:

  13. VS 2013 Re: Add items to a dataset and display in listbox

Does it error on a specific line, and if so, which line and what is the error? Does it not do what you expect it to do? You need to tell us a little more specifics about how it "doesn't work"?
  14. Re: Problem with my active directory code (checking users/opening and loading informa

Do you consistently get nullable object returned for the same user, or will it just happen sometimes and then when you try again for the same user you get the data for that user?
  15. VS 2008 Re: Unable to convert Mysql datetime into system.DateTime

    Welcome to the forum!

Could you tell us which line of code is generating the error?

As a tip, place any code snippits into a code block for better viewing.
  16. Re: How to stop jquery tabs from refreshing

OK. So here's what I came up with after staring at ya'll's comments and thinking about it. I start by defining the tabs and div's like such:

    <div id="tabs">
    <ul>
    <li><a...
  17. Re: How to stop jquery tabs from refreshing

I'm about as uneducated as you are on this one, tg. ;)
  18. Re: How to stop jquery tabs from refreshing

Well, I figure you could take out the @model and just put in a hard coded link and the issue would be the same. I don't really think it's an mvc-related issue.
  19. [RESOLVED] How to stop jquery tabs from refreshing

So I have these two tabs on a jquery tab widget. Each one is populated via an ajax call to the server. When I switch from tab1 to tab2, and then back to tab1, everything I had entered on...

VS 2012 Re: KILL-READ-START Processes in remote machine

I guess what we're asking is... what if the .exe is in the middle of something when you kill the process - will data be lost? If this thing you're working with is a service, then maybe it will shut...

VS 2012 Re: KILL-READ-START Processes in remote machine

You can have just one service that will do all three of those things, and it can expose methods and properties just like any other class (if I'm remembering properly). You could have a property that...

VS 2012 Re: KILL-READ-START Processes in remote machine

  26. Re: Dynamically set control property enum

  27. Re: Dynamically set control property enum

How are you storing the images themselves? Are they part of the control's or project's resources, files on disk, in the database?

  31. VS 2010 Re: Using Class Library in other Projects.
