I have resolved the issue. I will mark this thread resolved in a couple of days. Here is how it was resolved.
As per the recommendation of jpbro, QuickPDF by Foxit was used. It is a good product...

Thanks for all of the replies. I finally found a resolution with Sam's code. It took a couple of minutes to realize that the menu editor was used to build the menu. This will work perfect.

It doesn't work. There is no form in the code that you supplied, just a project file. Actually there is no code in the code that you provided.

When I right click on a textbox in a running program a menu opens that has cut, copy, paste, etc. Is there a way to turn this menu off so that I can have my own menu appear when the textbox is right...

I'm sorry that I didn't see where you had asked me to measure that page. I got about 43 inches. I squared the 24 and the 36 then added them together. The square root of that is about 43 inches. That...

QPDF costs about 15% of what GDPicture costs plus you have to pay that fee yearly along with some other stuff that I'm not so enthused about.
I need to look closer at QPDF.

Are you sure that 44cm is the actual length?
If you measured from the top left of the document to the bottom right of the document it isn't large enough. That is a full page of a construction...

I finally got an email from the company with the GDViewer control and they got the draw line function for vb6 working and it works great. It has a measure function that should work great too.

Appearing on the PDF where clicked. Some controls have a measure function that measures the line. If that is available, I want that too.

I am very sorry for disappearing the way that I did. I had read this last post and before I could respond, a medical situation came up. Hopefully I am back now.
I had downloaded a different Foxit...

I was able to download the QuickPDF and install it. It appears to be installed correctly. It appears in Projects/Components. When I check it to make the control usable it gives me a "can't be loaded...

I will try that control again. If you get the x,y coordinates using the mouse down event it gives you the screen x and y coordinates. If those coordinates are used the line won't plot correctly when...

I tried uploading it to vbforums but it was larger than their maximum size for uploaded files.
A sample can be downloaded from here
Once you click the link an image will open. Up at the top...

Correct. I need to print it also.

I have tried foxit but it doesn't do everything that I need.

I have 2 forms on the screen. Form1 is maximized. Form2 takes up a small portion of the screen. I want Form2 to remain on top, even when I click on Form1 or on any of the controls on Form1. I can't...

I assumed that I did. I'm the only one who has ever used this computer since it was new. Being administrator never came up. Some of the other tools in the component list. Work, some dont.

Thanks. I just did that and it works.
-
I went to Start, Microsoft Visual Studio then right clicked on the VB6 shortcut and selected run as administrator. Now it works. Thanks.

I just made sure that I was logged in as administrator and still having that registry problem.

How do you set the color for the Form Title bar and Task bar?
-
In my code the +1 needed to be left out of it.
This does work, I tried it
Text1.Text = Right(Text1.Text, Len(Text1.Text) - Instr(Text1.Text, vbCrLf))

When I flatten a transparent icon in PhotoShop, it changes the transparency into a solid color. I think it is the background color that I have selected for PhotoShop. I don't know if Gimp does that...

If you use mid you have to use 3 variables. You are only using 2.
This should strip the first line from your multiline textbox.
Text1.Text = Right(Text1.Text, Len(Text1.Text) -...

Are you able to set the form property "Show In Taskbar" to false?
-
The icon has to be set for the project also. This is different from the form's icon. In the project properties you will tell the project to use the icon on the form.
Click on Project in the IDE....

Monday morning I am going to set the zoom level to 0, keep the scroll bars to the left and top and try and plot that line on the image. If I can plot that point without needing to consider zoom and...
