    Yes, I'll admit the one I put there is quite overwhelming and it is really for the more advanced winsock user. You could have problems finding just what you need and nothing more in any one example...

    That's what the close event is for. When the close event is entered you know which client closed it's socket so you take proper action and remove his name for the user list and whatever else you need...
