I always run Seagates. 500GB and 1TB drives. Been close to two years. No issues at all. I do run 4 fans in each case if that makes the difference.

To the OP, The best I ever found was 'SuperAntiSpyware' It can be found here...

If you download from torrents, you can absolutely bank on a virus ... frequently!
baja_yu gave you excellent advice. Stepping into a snake pit almost guarantees you a few bites.

I do not use a router of your type, but a quick search found some info. Hopefully a help to you.

Well in the worse case, just reset your IE configurations to their default values. Then see if you can install activeX.
-
Is your settings preventing the installation of activeX controls? Check your settings. Security, Pop up blocker, ETC. Is your system fully updated? Perhaps the issue is with messenger 2009. That's...

Skins? LOL. You have a very good programming package there. Make the skin you want. I do not use skins.
-
Antivirus software. Why mess around with scripts when thousands of programmers already solved the issue? Install AV software and let it clean your computer for you. That's the easiest way I know.

Two things come to mind.
1.) Copy the data to a 2D array. Sort it there. Copy it back to the flexgrid.
2.) In your current sort, have the sort look for the blank row and when found, skip it.
-
I've seen this board mentioned before but have not worked with it. It would help to know the syntax of how the board expects to receive and transmit data.
-
If it is working and you had your hand on it when it started working right, you get the credit! Congrats!

Hmmm... Is this code trying to imitate magnetic borders?

Sure would help in troubleshooting it if we could see the code.

I realize we are not going to be building the android "Data" anytime soon but we can experiment with code interfacing with various types of hardware like stepper motors which would provide movement,...

Of course. I still have an old laser printer laying around here somewhere that used a J card connected via CAT5 to my network. Used it as a default general purpose printer.
-
I like the idea IF it is specifically dedicated to the development of Androids, Robots, etc, not the fancy portable phone/data devices.

I'm sorry but I just got to ask....
After you upgraded to Win7 64 bit, did you install VS2010 under a user account? If you did it most likely inherited the account's limited privledges.
-
Will this work on the MSHFlexgrid? I haven't sat down to try it yet.

Seems like an advanced project for school so you must have completed many smaller projects leading up to this one. What have you done so far? Lets see your code and see where your problem(s) exist...

You should have posted this in the maths forum. I'm certain it would have been answered almost immediately.

I looked all over for this file and APPARENTLY it is licensed! I saw a price of $499 to buy and then you can download it. It seems all the free servers have had this file removed. So, if you have...

I'm unsure of this but most likely when download history is turned off, it may still maintain the path to download the files, but may not maintain a list of filenames.

An EXE or a COM are not required. The malicious code could have been inserted inside a sub or function that is called thru the DLL or it could have been attached externally to the DLL. The sad part...
-
no. The code could have been accessed thru the dll. kinda like having eggs (the dll file) infected with chicken pox. you eat some eggs, now you are infected.

I'm not certain exactly where the password is stored or how it is stored, but it seems to me the only way you are going to get it is to remove that drive and put it behind your boot drive. Enter into...

I practically gave you the answer for the random number question you asked. Follow LaVolpe's advice and do a little reading on random numbers. Once you understand how the random number generator...

The OP stated he wanted to count the letters. He said nothing of numbers or spaces commas etc. If he only wants letters, this code is invalid. This code will get the length of the entire file. All...
-
RandomNumber = Int((MaxValue - MinValue + 1) * Rnd) + MinValue
That is the Idea. You will need to substitute in your variables.
-
the above Dims will only set those variables to a variant type by default. Try setting your variables to the specific type you need.
An example wouild be
Dim i as integer
