    I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the PSU that went bad. I bought a new one and it worked fine. The CPU was not getting any power so it wouldn't do anything.

    Are you using Windows DHCP server as well? If so, then there should be a list of IP addresses assigned from there.

    You could also connect to the computer using the computer name.

    Its amazing how much money it costs to get these certifications. To get the MCSA (Solution Associate) its about $450 (thats 3 tests at $150 each). To get to MCSE its 2 additional tests at $150 each....
