  1. VS 2012 Re: Help with including text in Cocatenate only if checkbox checked

Ah, I didn't realize it was part of a button click... either way... the idea is to start with the basic text each time, then add (or not) as needed.

    Re: [RESOLVED] Type Mismatch ?????

I think it's due to the memory management, and how they are handled. But, yup, in a nutshell, that's what the difference is.

    Re: [RESOLVED] Type Mismatch ?????

Yeah, it's an array of arrays... not a two-dimensional array... some languages see them as the same thing, but VB doesn't for what ever reason (probably historical).

VS 2010 Re: Help with Procedures and Properties?

I didn't hink about the structure idea.. more I think about it, the more I think I'd prefer that method over the others.

  5. VS 2012 Re: Help with including text in Cocatenate only if checkbox checked

Similar to you are doing it now...

    Here's how I'd do it:
start with some basic text first, then add to it for each checkbox... all done in one function, then call it from the individual...

VS 2010 Re: Help with Procedures and Properties?

I disagree with SH regarding 2b... firstly I'd have two functions, having two combined operations seems insane to me. That said, if it were to return one value and byRef the other, which is to say...

VS 2010 Re: How do I

If you go with a clear button, you would set the SelectedIndex to -1, which will then un-select what ever is selected in the listbox. Personally, I only like the blank line for dropdowns. For...

VS 2012 Re: How to load multiple CSV files?

    Don't open. Import.
You'll need to open a workbook, grab a worksheet, then import into the active worksheet, switch to the next sheet (adding a new one if you need to) and repeat.

Re: Load nested xml to single table

@Kevin - you'd be surprised... it depends on what the REAL data looks like. We store a number of form definitions and other items as XML in our database, and sometimes it is handy to see the raw XML...

  15. VS 2010 Re: Silly question, how to check form size during runtime?

VS 2012 Re: Report from two tables
