    So basically with top 10 to 100 rows every sproc runs in almost the same time, if i lift it up to 1000 then i start see differences.
    I don't think that the problem is in the sproc. It's the same...

    Hi no selecting top will run fast but it's a complex basterd and i need , at least until i can figure out and re-fix the complete query.

    The caching solution does not seems to work. The query runs slow even on the first try and on any other try.
    Could this be something else?

    I am not sure i can use that since this will be a simple html, imported in a string in VB and send to outlook.
    I was hoping for a simple solution but i think making a 3rd td is the only viable. :/
