I'll not go through the complete code, but two things:
Avoid your Goto Jump/Skip.
If you have to use Goto in a For-Next-Loop then your Algorithm needs to be reworked.
After Your MsgBox "Update...
And where in your code are you setting the limits for the month(s)?
Since when does a TextBox-Control have the AddItem-and Clear-Methods??? *confused*
Dim i As Long
Dim MyArray() As String
Dim MyJoin As String
Dim MySplit() As String

He doesn't know, how to make the communication between parent-form and child-form
Parent-Form has a commandbutton, and probably some labels or textboxes.
He hits the command-button, another form...
If i remember correctly, you have to register the OCX from the System32-folder, not the Syswow64 (64-Bit OS?).
I had the same issue with 64-Bit-Windows, and placing it in the System32, registering...
OK, so i'll throw in another solution, that worked for me:
The reason why that OCX stopped working for me, was, that a windows update disabled that control in the registry.
is that just a typing error?
in your MkDir you have "Taget" as foldername (an "r" missing?)
you're using xls as the file-extension which implies Excel2003 or older.
if i remember...
Every reference i found had the imagelist-component, so no idea if it's possible
As far as i know not possible in Office/VBA, since the only way to change the backcolor of a listview in VB is with a picture-box, and you don't have picturebox in VBA
EDIT: Of course, you could...
Just a thought: The PDF and the real printer use the same paper-"size"?
e.g. PDF is set to A4, while the real printer is set to letter
Why not just put the Listitems into an array, and then use the Join-Function?
No need to wrack your brain, why there is a leading or trailing comma.....
Then the only explanation i'd have is, that the "real" printer displaces the position due to border-issues (which logically a PDF-Printer shouldn't have)
since CurrentX and CurrentY are logical...
let's do it this way:
Debug your code and read all values before printing.
CurrentX, CurrentY, Printer.ScaleWidth etc. and everything else.
Read them for your PDF-Printer, and then read...
Every reference i found had to do with the SetTextAlign-Function
Not sure about this one:
'Step 1 and 2
argste(pste_indx + 1).pcmFirst = argste(pste_indx + 1).pcmFirst - 1
Since a pointer is a 32-bit integer (a Long) i would have expected
Look at my attachment.
Enter something in a cell in Column "F" and follow the code
As for your bulk insert: i don't see any need to write it out into a file.
The question remains: Do you want to build/concatenate your SQL-String (fixed part and variable part) on the fly through...
Did you delete your declaration at the head of the worksheet?
The Declaration of MyRow should be only once within the whole workbook
EDIT: I've attached a very small sample for you, taking your...
Agree with Sam. Your input-file leaves a lot to be desired.
Do you have any influence on how this input-file is created?
If you have, then maybe getting it in INI-Format would make your life a lot...
Such posts always baffle me, in that the OP basically answers his own problem without noticing it.
Even if a Select Case is too tall an order, this at least should give him a clue:
And there is your Problem:
Your Variable "Myrow" is Public from the Worksheet-Object, meaning:
It works like a property of the Worksheet (Sheet10 in your case)
You either have to address it in...
And you've entered something in a cell in Column 6 (meaning: you've triggered the Change-Event)?
Why don't you just put a breakpoint inside the event, then you can see, if/when it's triggered
to get you started.....
Private Type UDTPerson
FirstName As String * 20
LastName As String * 20
Birthday As Date
MsgBox DateDiff("h", format(rs0.Fields("gtime"), "hh:mm:ss"), ServerTime)
Just to understand you correctly:
You have an Excel-File with two rows (!)
First row being the "Header" (containing the fabrics across columns), and the second row with the seasons (s/s - f/w)
Excel2003 can only handle some 65k of rows per sheet, so like vbfbryce said: does the imported sheet has more than 65k of rows
EDIT: i forgot:
you have to rename each imported sheet after...
If you name this specific sheet in each workbook you'd like to import from the same (e.G. "SheetToImport") you can use this String/Name to directly pick the sheet from the Sheets-Collection
Has anyone understood what he wants?
How about you use real words/sentences (and not that gibberish), to show us what the problem is
Don't forget that VBA in Office doesn't support Control-Arrays.
Even if he says "his VB6-Program", nowadays you never know if it's Visual Studio or if it's VBA/Office he uses
Have you tried forcing your call with ByRef instead of VarPtr?
EDIT: the function returns a long. Have you tried reading that result (Error-code?)
Is it just me seeing in the OP that he uses ttAutomatic twice, in the next line he uses atAutomatic?
And what are the values of these constants(?) (seem to be Enums).
Is it supposed to be two...
Well, the most simple structure is one table.
you can search records, you can add records, you can modify and delete records,
BUT, with that you get redundancy (e.g. more than one phone number,...
That question is always a bone of contention
Like tg said: It's basically a question of preference
sMyarray is a 2D-Array in the first code, but is used as the result for a split-function in the second code?
How is that supposed to work?
Split returns a 1D-Array
Eh? Why not just use the "CopyFromRecordset"-Method?
Don't forget to eliminate separators first from the string.
If you want to split up whole sentences, there might be commas, colons and what not in the original string.
As for the algorithm:...
Sam, the way i understood the issue is: the defining trait of a line he's interested in starts with the letter "C" (That's what the Left$ in my code is for)
then it's just checking against 0, 1 or...
I'm not sure i understood the issue completely.
As i understand it: If the number he's looking for is 1, then it doesn't get entered into his labels, everything else should get entered into his...
What about other duplicate rows later on?
