Hello, I'd like to know what APIs I need (and how to use them) to get the position of a window based on its Title or Hwnd. Thanks.
-
Apparently he just stated his conclusion, but his formal paper will only be published next month. Its going to be interesting for sure (not to imply that I would actually understand it all).
-
Thats badly flawed. Sure, in THAT example, no one has any first hand experience, but if someone did, would you repect his opinions more than someone who was just speculating? Probably. Thats their...

Agreed...which again goes back to the original question.

The UN is irrelevant. Their humanitarian aid is good and all, but aside from that, irrelevant is the only way they can be described. The US was able to start a war, and win it, and the UN could do...
-
Is there a way to "raise" or activate an application through APIs?
-
I hope that dude didnt plan on starting a family...

I dont think that was representative, although i've never taken SATs. I got 5 on that one, rather easily.
-
It may have few direct uses, but everything from vector algebra to the basic formulas of relativity are based on it.
-
The amount of calculations performed by your graphics card while displaying this screen may surprise you.
-
In this case probably not, as the sum keeps getting reduced back to zero.

Jay Leno was making fun of that the other day. The only people who actually know what the hell they mean are the terrorists. Most people take note of them, but dont change anything in their lives...

Yup, they got him.

I was going to do it, until I saw the picture.
-
Which seemed rather stupid to me. Doesnt anyone ever use excel for anything that requires you to know derivitives of functions that are only defined based on data points? whatever.
-
What I'm saying is that from some data points, I can construct a curve of best fit (well, excel does it for you). From that it would seem that it should easily be able to draw tangents to any point...
-
This seemed like a simple problem...
I need to graph the tangent to a curve that is given by data point in Excel. How do I do that?
thanks.
-
Don't know the formal definition, but its basically any number whose square root is an integer, eg 4,9,16,25,36,etc.
-
Since 6!/3! is 120, don't you just have to find the factors of that then? 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,10,12...

I had a chem teacher who would do that.
If you put the molar mass of say O2 as 16g/mol instead of 32g/mol, you would get the entire question wrong. Annoyed the hell out of me, but I did learn not...
-
I'm guessing you're supposed to assume that the stones have the same mass, and the velocities with which they are thrown are equal in magnitude but opposite in direction. In that case, they will hit...

But the rotation of the earth, and the half-life of cadmium are means of measuring the passing of time. They don't define time. In the end, we humans feel the passing of time.
-
I had this problem as well when using a quote in the search string. It seems to be ok now.
-
Actually, the next person will first answer the question, then ask his own.
What is the speed of light divided by avogadro's constant?
-
I'm not sure what you're after. Are you trying to find the resultant of the 3 vectors?
-
Probably. But then again, it doesn't hurt quite that much coming from a guy with over 7000 posts.;)

Good point...but would it be safe to say that the architect didn't predict that Neo would be able to bring her back to life?
The Architect also said that the other anomalies, or "ones", had an...
-
So what about theories? How's it going to end?
The architect said he had seen 5 "ones" before Neo. They all behaved how he predicted, I assume. He said that Trinity would die no matter what Neo...

Red pill. But put the blue pill in your pocket just in case.
What is the 23rd root of the speed of light?
-
I'm not sure if this will do anything, but you might want to try multiplying by the reciprocal instead of dividing. It may be faster. Just guessing though.

I'm usually veru skeptical of such things. This guy apparently used satellite pics or something to predict the quake, which is not a method usually employed. So if it turns out that it is a valid...
