[RESOLVED] Help me do some shoping!

Howdy:cool:

Im looking for a new CPU:D
Ive got 1012 dollars to spend. Would anyone mind helping me choose the best CPU (and eventually a motherboard) I can get for this price? :D
The motherboard Ive got right now has an AM2 socket, but its alright if the CPU isnt an AM2 socket CPU, I'll just buy a new motherboard (But the totals cant exceed 1012 dollars;) ).

EDIT: I was looking at this. its about 740.9 dollars, so Id have 270 dollars remaining to buy a Socket 775 motherboard for. What do you guys think?

sounds good, its dual core. Remember you may need a new CPU fan as dual core may need a faster fan.
