Error 3166 & 3623

Hi,

I used the following code and successfully connect to a FoxPro DBF.


Set dbMain = Workspaces(0).OpenDatabase _
("c:\temp", False, False, "FoxPro 3.0;")

Set rsMain = dbMain.OpenRecordset("Select * from dbfFox")

Set datCheckLink.Recordset = rsMain

all my dbf files are located in c:\temp, but when I open some dbfs other than dbfFox, some of them results in

Error 3166: Can't locate the requested Xbase memo file.

and some of them

Error 3623: Can't access the FoxPro 3.0 bound DBF file "c:\temp\xxx.dbf"

I'm using VB 6.0. and all the dbfs can be opened in foxpro 2.6. How come some of them can be viewed with my code while others gave me different errors? Thanks a lot.
