What book should I buy to start programming in C++

I don't have the slightest clue on how to even start C++.

I plan to code C++ in Visual Studio, I want to buy a programming book from amazon to help me.
I want to learn this language only for game programming but from the very beginning. What do you recommend.

I program in visual basic very effectively, But haven't considered C++ until I heard about game development with it.
