Can Visual Studio 2008 run smoothly on a Intel Atom N270 Processor?

What do you guys/gals think of this laptop:

...and assumptions as to how it would handle VS2008.

as with most microsoft programs, the bottleneck is not processor speed, it's the memory requirement. Also isn't that computer breaking the EULA? they aren't supposed to be packaging xp on systems anymore.

Also have you ever tried running an IDE on a 10" screen? There's a reason a significant portion of the members to this board have multiple monitors on their development machine, myself included (although i only do it as a hobby). The smaller the screen, the less number of lines of code you can see at a time, making debugging exponentially harder.
