Reload page to full screen help!

Im trying to create a javascript that will allow me to reload a page and for it to resize to a full screen, the window if first opened to full size and if the user changes the size of the browser window by reducing the window size by manually resizing the window etc- and then the user hits the refresh button or f5 to reload the page, i need it to open to full screen- and make sure that it opens to any size to accomidate the users moniter to full size...

Use percentage value (%) instead of pixel values(px), when you set the height and width of your elements. Thus your page would be shown with respect to the screen size.
