AutoIt v3 Script into a VB solution

Hi everyone, im trying to import an AutoIt script into VB2010 and i need help.. i got the thing all set.. but i dont know how to move it over and actually apply the mouse-click events.. can anyone help? worst case, is it easy to write something in VBScript and then move it to VB?... not going to VBScript would be ideal though. THANKS!
