Look for a partner

hi every body

I have many ideas tried after obtaining the design sessions, but failed because the courses are in my specializes in database programming and tried to access the internet to search for codes help me, but I did not find anything.
So I look for a partner who specializes in any programming language help me in designing these ideas with half the profits from the sale of these programs and applications.
