Adding colums in Excel

I am trying to add a column (with same datasets) in 10 worksheet of a excel file. Is there anyway this could be programmed?

I mean to say....
I got a excel spreadsheet...
within that spreadsheet i got 10 worksheet...
now i want to add a column with same datasets in each of those 10 work sheet
is there a way this could be coded?

i hope this is clear
