Can any one help me how to design web form in telerik control ...using table row cell,etc etc

You use Telerik Controls in a web form. So create a .Net Web application project and that has a page called Default.aspx. That is your web form. Now start putting your controls on that page and you are good to go.

Do you need to import, or have other problems with the controls?
