Re: Adobe flash player error
Yeah, I encountered that too! The only way I know to rectify the issue is to install an earlier version of Adobe Flash Player. Versions 10e and later seem to have problems working correctly, read more here.

Re: Adobe flash player error
Strange, I don't receive an out of date message when using IE9 but I do with FireFox using Adobe Flash: 9.0.47.0.
Re: Adobe flash player error
firefox and google chrome is working fine, IE8 only the problem.
Re: Adobe flash player error
The problem happens to me even when I'm not using any browser.
Re: Adobe flash player error
is IE9 suitable for windows xp service pack 3?
Re: Adobe flash player error
According to the requirements on several website referring to the IE9 requirements unfortunately not. The lowest operating system it supports is Vista.
Edit:
Looking in the registry the following entry does not appear.
WriteRegStr: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MozillaPlugins\@adobe.com/FlashPlayer" "Version"="9.0.47.0"
I was going to suggest changing the version number to that of the newer version and see if that makes a difference! However, since that location doesn't seem to exist there is no point.
The "Out of date" message appears on some pages and not others!
