I have simply selected the pdf file and pasted it into word file and saved it.

I see. In that case you will have to upload your file so that I can have a look. We might have to write a macro which looks for a special charater and delete it so that the lines are concatenated.

This will not help as when you copy data into word from pdf, I believe some special characters are also copied which get lost when you are pasting it here in this forum and hence I wanted to see the word file :)
